• Do you offer discounts for non-profit organizations ?

  Yes ! We are proud to support non-profit organizations. We offer a 12% discount on all subscriptions. Contact us to benefit from it.

• What if none of these plans fit my budget ?

  Good news ! Fab Manager is a completely free and open source software. You can host it on your own server. We have developer documentation to help you install everything.
  Having trouble installing it ? We can install Fab Manager for you and provide assistance if needed. Request a support quote.

• Can I change my plan ?

  You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time for any reason through your customer area or by contacting us directly.

• Can I stop my subscription at any time ?

  You have a 30-day money back guarantee. You can cancel your subscription at any time within the first 30 days and receive a full refund. Just contact us.
  After this period, you can cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription until it expires, but no refund will be given.

• Is there an installation fee ?

  No, that's why we apply a 12-month commitment.

• Are there any limitations on use ?

  Only the Workshop offer is limited to 200 active members. We never suspend a site for exceeding the limit. We simply send you an email to inform you of a necessary upgrade.
  In addition, we do not apply limits on traffic or storage space as long as it does not interfere with the proper functioning of our infrastructure.

• How do I know if Fab Manager will meet my requirements ?

  You can test Fab Manager at any time through our instance of online demo , which is probably the best way to familiarize yourself with the software. You can also ask your questions to the community through the forum or of course contact us directly.

• I need a feature that is currently missing from Fab Manager. What solutions do I have to make it happen ?

  Yes, absolutely. You own your data and you can migrate at any time. If you are tired of maintaining your own server, we will help you import your data as part of our Cloud offers..

• Can you describe your security measures and where is my data located ?

  Just like you, we expect our data to be secure and confidential at all times. So we do everything we can to ensure that this is always the case. We conduct regular security audits of the software and our infrastructure.
